王雄从事水墨画、书法、篆刻、诗词创作。王雄曾就学于中央美
术学院和中国美术学院，经诸多名师指教，得南北画派之滋养， 外
师造化，中得心源， 作品别具风格。王雄作品在《中国当代著名国
画家作品展》中获特别金奖；在日本东京都美术馆《国书法邀请展》
中获银奖；在《首届世界华人艺术展》中美术、书法、诗词作品分获
铜奖。王雄于1996年在北京颂风轩画廊举办《王雄书画展》;于199
9 年在中国美术馆举办《王雄书画展》；于2006年在中央美术学院
美术 馆举办《王雄书画展》。其作品被中国国家博物馆、中国美术
学院、 日本横须贺市美术馆等国内外博物馆及学术机构收藏。王雄
现为中国 书画艺术研究会副会长、北京美术家协会北京书法家协会、
北京诗词 协、北京楹联会会员，民革宣武区二支部副主委、宣武区
美术家协会、 宣武区书法家协会副秘书长。
Xiong Wang engages in ink, calligraphy, seal carving and
poetry writing. Xiong had been studying at the china
Central Academy of Fine Arts and The China Academy of
Art. Under many famous teachers’ guidance, he got the
essence of northern and southern drawing, his work has
a distinctive style,which embodies natural beauty and
artistic beauty thoroughly He has won the gold medal
in the "Chinese contemporary artists exhibition of a well
-known country" and has won the Silver medal in the
International Invitational Exhibition of Calligraphy". He also
has " gained three Bronze medals of art, calligraphy,
poetry in "The first World Chinese Art Exhibition". Xiong
Wang held the “Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of
Wang Xiong” in the Beijing SongFengXuan in 1996 .
More,he held the Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition in
China Art Gall ery in 1999. In 2006, he held the Painting and
Calligraphy Exhibition in the china Central Academy of Fine
Arts. His works have beencollected by Museums and academic
institutions both at home and abroad, such as National Museum,
the China Academy of Art, Yokosuka Museum, and so on. Now,|
Xiong Wang is the vice president of Chinese Painting and
Calligraphy Art Research Association, who is the member of
BeijingArtists Association, Beijing Calligrapher Association, Beijing
Poetry Association and Beijing Association Couplets, who is the
vice chairman of the Second Branch of the Kuomintang Revolutionary
Committee in Xuanwu District, who is the Under-Secretary -General
of Xuanwu Art
